By commissioning me, buying my designs, means you automatically agree to my terms. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist/block, and potential legal action if serious enough

Buying one of my designs second-hand still means you agree to follow my terms.

You must credit and link back to me/use my current username when sharing or using the commissioned work as apart of the agreement.

You, the buyer, agree to not getting an un-watermarked version of your purchase.

Disrespectful/problematic behavior will not be tolerated (generally or personally) and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

These changes may be done at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check for them.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time prior to payment.

As a minor, I would heavily prefer if you do not use my designs in NSFW art or for NSFW purposes! Until i am 18, this preference will stay in place.

If character storage is taking place on toyhou.se, I'd preferably like to be able to see my designs with authorization.

I do not consent for my artwork/designs to be posted onto Twitter/X, DeviantArt, C.AI, and other websites that use AI training.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned work. (including an original drawing of a design/adopt/character)

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work/designs on my social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for your personal use only.

No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the artwork/designs for advertising.

All adopts are non commercial by default. If you need an adopt for commercial purposes, this can be discussed with me, but a fee will be involved. This fee can be of 1x to 2x the price of the adopt, according to case.

You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. [excluding commissioned art that adds to the value]

Redesigning designs to the point where they don't resemble the original design is fine as long as no other rules are broken and correctly followed.

Closed/open species are not allowed to be created off of my designs or creations.

Payment is due after the sketch.

Payment is done through Cashapp or Paypal (or middle-manned through Ko-fi)

The exact prices for the fees described in the prices tab will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

Provide clear reference images of the character/subject.

Maintain professional/mature conduct throughout the commission process.

Respond in a timely fashion.

Responsibility is on your behalf for any important information.

Clear descriptions/references you may fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Resolution of the art will be around may be slightly larger or smaller depending on request.

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.

I will show WIPs via discord messages throughout the commission process.

Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, heavily watermarked images.

I do not do deadlines.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner. Please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed!
